It was great that they had no record of my booking and kept me waiting almost an hour, for a room I had supposedly booked three weeks prior to my arrival.
The room was nice and clean. The hotel staff was friendly.
Its on a very noisy street and you can hear the traffic from the room.
The room is clean and quite big.
Missing a fridge, not enough parkingplaces, man at the receptie not helpfull or nice, breakfast is nothing.Neighbourhood is not the best. Expensive for what you get ...
The location for getting to and from where I was doing business in the city and that I could walk to downtown restaurants was great for me. I did like the fact that they had onsite parking at no charge. The gentleman who checked me in was very pleasant.
While the room appeared to be clean the sheets looked as though maybe they had been used once before. The carpet although well vaccuumed had several stains which makes the floor feel dirty. The coffee pot and the nice make up mirror did not work either. The "breakfast" was nothing more than vending machine foods and bad coffee so do not count on it.
It was convenient and relatively inexpensive
For the money it would be wrong to expect more.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Free parking was a HUGE bonus!
I was shocked and surprised that the deposit held was more than the dollar amount of my two night stay. I have traveled extensively, both in the US and internationally and never had more than a 20% deposit held. It would have been nice to at least be notified of this rather than discovering it when I checked my bank balance minutes after checking in.
It's close to city center and public transport. It takes 15 minutes from hotel to Bart Station or the Market Street, where you can find public transportation to everywhere. There are bus stops in the streets close to hotel.
Hotel was located in a district full with homeless people. We had no trouble, but it was disturbing while you are walking in the night. The wireless internet wasn't working properly and it was slow. We paid 60$+Tax for double and the prices are a bit higher than the hotel deserves.
The breakfast was amazing! And the best allover was the shower! Nice and new bathroom, the best we had on our roadtrip.
close to the center and to SF attractions, the room was very nice and confortable
hotel was nice but the neighbourhood not really safety, lot's of homelesses around the hotel, the personnel could be more polite and available, the parking not 100% assured
Location, free parking and clean room
Stuff could be more polite
Not much actually.
Man at frontdesk does'nt like his job.
The room was clean, modern funiture and well-tended
the urban enviroment was not the best
Paking free but only 6 place, need to arrive soon to take it. Jacuzzi in the room.
Staff don't like his work... Breakfast without place to eat.
The Alexis Park was easy to find and had access to most everything we needed. As with many hotels in sf, the parking is tight and does not accommodate large vehicles easily, but the staff was friendly and had alternate suggestions. Our rooms were very clean and the bathroom shower was excellent.
I did not like the hair dryer, it got very hot to hold after a few minutes of use.
Convenient location, free parking
Carpet needs cleaning, stuffy, needs elevator, neighborhood- Tenderloin.
